Looking Ahead: Sale of the C-Store & Car Wash

After thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to sell our C-Store and Car Wash. While this marks the end of an important chapter in our cooperative's history, we believe it is the responsible decision for the long-term success of our cooperative and the member-owners we serve.

Our C-Store has been a part of the community for many years, and we know it has meant much more than a place to fuel up or grab a meal. It has been a gathering place, a familiar stop, and a part of countless daily routines. We are incredibly grateful to our loyal customers, dedicated employees, and community members who have supported the store throughout the years.

The C-Store and Car Wash will continue operating under Full Circle Ag ownership through August 31, 2026.

Making decisions like this is never easy. As a member-owned cooperative, we have a responsibility to continually evaluate how we invest our resources and position the cooperative for the future. This decision allows us to focus on our core agricultural operations while remaining good stewards of our member-owners' investment.

What You Need To Know

When is the last day Full Circle Ag will own the C-Store?

• The C-Store and Car Wash will remain under Full Circle Ag ownership through August 31, 2026.

Can I still charge purchases to my Full Circle Ag account?

• Charge accounts may continue to be used through August 31, 2026. Any charge account options after that date will be determined by the new owner.

Can I still use my Cenex gift card?

• If the store continues operating as a Cenex location, your Cenex gift cards should still be accepted as normal.
